After six successful years, AMI’s Compounding World Forum is returning with a new name and a new location. The Technical Compounds Forum 2019 will take place on December 3-4, 2019 at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza in Tampa, FL, United States. The event’s new identity more accurately reflects the focus of the conference program, which has always been about adding functionality and value to high-performance polymers, including engineering plastics, TPOs and TPEs. Target end-use markets include the transport, electrical & electronic, medical, industrial and consumer goods sectors. This year we are planning dedicated sessions on hot topics such as wear-resistant plastics, conductive compounds, light-weight solutions for metal replacement, polymers for the car of the future, and materials for 3D printing. In addition, the Technical Compounds Forum will deliver insightful market analysis from AMI, a strategic panel discussion with industry leaders, and practical tips for getting the most from your compounding lines. You can also expect the same excellent networking opportunities in the dedicated exhibition area. The extended refreshment breaks, leisurely lunches and evening drinks reception all provide plenty of opportunities to build new contacts and reinforce old friendships over two days in a relaxing but focused business environment.
