Mould-tek's highly efficient 2 cu. ft. capacity vacuum loader is designed for central conveying systems supplying multiple machines processing virgin or regrind materials.

Constructed of a spun aluminum anodized chamber, steel lid and mounting flange it is light in weight for ease of handling and rugged for heavy duty use.

This unit is complete with vacuum valve, air regulator, filter element or stainless steel screen and a pneumatic operated open/close discharge valve assures a positive seal eliminating leaks associated with flapper type discharge units. A solid state proximity demand level switch is also incorporated for automatic operation through Mould-tek's central control panel.

To integrate this loader into a central system, it is necessary to incorporate it with a Mould-tek Programmable Convey-Pacer II Microprocessor Control Panel and a VP Series Vacuum Pump. If central filtering is required either the CF-200 or PPF Series filter unit is recommended.

These loaders are easily adaptable to operate in an individual or common material line system.

Unit is supplied with an adjustable pick-up lance and 10 ft. of flexible hose.

Proportioning is controlled through a separate panel located at each processing machine. Materials layering are easily kept to a minimum by allowing the operator to preset open/close functions of each material inlet within the total vacuum time required for each receiver. Electrics: 115/1/60 volts
