VIM-1001 & VIM-1001/P INTEGRAL VACUUM LOADER

The Mould-tek VIM-1001 series are completely self-contained units specifically designed to convey free flowing virgin and granular materials.

Constructed of a spun aluminum anodized chamber, steel lid and mounting flange, it is light in weight for ease of handling and rugged for heavy duty use.

A solid state adjustable timer controls the duration of the loading cycle so that variations in conveying distances and materials can be accmmodated.

The chamber lid is easily removed allowing easy access for filter changing and clean-out.

Compresssed air blow-bak is standard for automatic filter cleaning. Filter is a disc type polyester/teflon coated element.

A solid state proximity level switch is utilized to signal vacuum loaders for automatic refill.

Pneumatic operated open/close discharge valve assures a positive seal eliminating leaks associated with flapper type discharge units. Discharge valve is totally enclosed in flanged housing allowing total use of machine hopper and prevents damage to the assembly.

Proportioning units, VIM-1001/P have remote mounting control panels with individual set-points to regulate the conveying of two materials, also two pick-up lances and flexible vacuum hose.

Unit is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. Colour Mould-tek Ivory. 1000 lbs./hr through-put.
