In vibration welding, one part half is vibrated against another on a linear plane, under pressure, to create a molecular bond at the joining edge.
In vibration welding, one part half is vibrated against another on a linear plane, under pressure, to create a molecular bond at the joining edge. Frequencies between 100 and 250 Hz are used.  Forward Technology offers several standard models to handle various applications.  Unsurpassed control is achieved through the use of eight adjustable pressure steps.  By fine tuning each weld step, shorter total cycle times can be achieved, thus optimizing weld quality.
