Process Control Vacuum Receivers are part of a complete vacuum conveying system for machine/blender loading. They come in a range of sizes and designs for handling pellets, regrinds or granular materials. Our Vacuum Receivers are designed to be mounted at any point where resin delivery is needed. When the station calls for a load, the Director™ sequencing panel sends a signal to the receiver to open its valve. This pulls a vacuum on the receiver, drawing material from the connected source for the duration of the cycle, filling the receiver with material. With flapper valve models, the material is then immediately discharged to the process. Positive shutoff models hold the material in the receiver until required by the process. For dusty or granular materials, our unique RP receivers utilize bag filters to separate the material from the conveying airstream. These bag filters are automatically cleaned every cycle with the conveying air utilizing a patented Process Control design.
