Novatec's vacuum chambers are now available with an electro-polished finish in sizes from 1/8 cu. ft. to 5 cu. ft., and utilize modular construction. All vacuum chambers are of stainless steel construction, and are available in single inlet and proportioning designs with single or dual digital timer (layering effect). Novatec's vacuum chambers include stainless steel deflector on the material inlet to reduce wear, snap-on dump valve gasket, high level at material discharge, and 20 mesh stainless steel pellet screen on non compressed air blowback models.
Novatec's J.I.T. "Shot Hopper" are available in smaller designs for machine mounting, and minimal material inventory at the processing machine. All J.I.T. vacuum chambers are of stainless steel, modular construction , and include high temperature glass site tube for visual indication of resin availability. A low level photo eye sensor is standard for material demand, and a stainless steel mounting flange with silicone seal is provided for machine throat mounting. Proportioning units with a single or dual digital timer (layering controls) are also available.
