TriStar Plastics Corp. Acquires CJ Composite Bearings Manufacturing Division From Saint-Gobain

Wayne, NJ — TriStar Plastics Corp., a twenty-four year-old privately held manufacturer and distributor of custom engineered plastic components, headquartered in Shrewsbury, MA, has announced the acquisition of the Wayne, NJ-based CJ Composite Bearings product line from Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. All administration and manufacturing will be moved to a TriStar facility. According to Richard Cedrone, TriStar CEO, the acquisition will form the foundation of a new TriStar division; strengthen the company's offering in the marketplace and better position TriStar for strategic growth and future expansions.

TriStar's new manufacturing division will offer a standard line of CJ Composite bearings and engineered custom components to meet customer's demanding applications. TriStar Plastics has facilities in Shrewsbury, MA, Charlotte NC, Elk Grove Village IL, Yorba Linda CA, and Brea CA.
