Trim Removal Systems ASR(R)

Trim Removal Systems are designed to pick up and convey edge and/or bleed trims generated in the production of products such as film, foam and tape. These continuous trims are removed from the line by suction created in the inducer's venturi section, and blown to a Process Control grinder. Trim pick-up manifolds may be selected from our standard components or custom-designed to meet unique application requirements. The Process Control venturi design is far more efficient and creates more suction than the more commonly used cyclonic design. This efficient design reduces the required horsepower, minimizes noise, and allows the trim to be more easily separated from the conveying air stream at the grinder.
