Telesis Introduces New EV4G Green Laser System For Marking & Processing Challenging Materials
Fremont, CA - Telesis Technologies Inc., a world leader in manufacturing standard and customized permanent parts marking equipment and systems, announced an enhancement to their E-series line of diode-pumped lasers marking systems: the new Telesis EV4G Green Laser System.
The Telesis EV4G Green Laser System is ideal for marking and processing difficult materials: colored plastics, acrylic and polymer materials and is perfectly positioned for use in the electronics, semiconductor packaging, solar and medical industries.
This fiber-coupled, diode-pumped, solid-state (DPSS) green wavelength laser marking system features optimized laser beam and Q-switched pulse characteristics for applications that require high beam quality and stability. In addition, the Telesis EV4G Green Laser System offers extra power and speed for precision marking, and is an excellent choice for laser marking, scribing, trimming and other material processing applications.
It is the first harmonically converted version of the Telesis E-series lasers, and it is based on the Telesis EV15 IR platform, which produces 4W of output power at the 532 nm green wavelength.
"We've done extensive testing to determine that with the average diode life greater than 20,000 working hours, the Telesis EV4G Green Laser System offers best in class reliability," said Colin Seaton, vice president, marketing for Telesis. "Due to the robust mechanical and optical design, this laser marking system can operate in industrial environments where shock, vibration and dust often cause problems for conventional marking equipment."
Telesis EV4G Green Laser System is designed to smoothly integrate with powerful Telesis Merlin II LS Laser Marking software, a Windows -based package that comes standard with the laser marking system. Merlin II offers a graphical user interface that makes marking pattern design quick and easy.
