TECHNYL A 205 F Natural

Description
Unreinforced polyamide 66, high fluidity, fast cycling grade, for injection molding.

Applications
TECHNYL A 205F offers two main advantages: excellent filling qualities and UL 94 V2 under .4mm. It is particularly suitable for the molding of long parts with thin wall sections, such as:

• cable ties and fasteners
• connectors

This product is available in natural, black, and in colors on request.

Processing
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. In the case that the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried to a final moisture content of less than .2% with a dehumifified equipment at approximately 80 degrees Celsius.

Barrel temperatures:

• feed zone: 270 - 275 degrees Celsius
• compression zone: 280 - 285 degrees Celsius
• front zone: 285 - 290 degrees Celsius

Mold Temperatures:

• 60 at 80 degrees Celsius
