The patented TE Series fluff hopper pedestal maintains separation of fluff and pellets until mixed in the patented "Verti-Blend" mixer directly above the extruder screw.
The TE Series units are designed for trim only feedback applications, i.e. maximum 20% feedback. Should additional scrap be required, i.e. scrap rolls, hand scrap, etc., use TFH Series fluff feed units. TE Series economy trim refeed systems are designed to run at a set percentage of current extruder revolutions per minute (rpm). Signal isolation circuitry receives extruder tachometer signals to determine system rpm. Each auger can be adjusted independently, using the potentiometer controls on the front panel.
