The new T-345V Trim Press features four point guiding, utilizing high precision linear beatings. The design of the press allows for side loading of the tooling for ease of installation.

Maximum speed of the press is 160 strokes per minute. The press features adjustable stroke settings of 4" and 6" for different part heights. Platen drive is via servo motor with gear reducer and integral brake.

The sheet feed system features an electric servo nip wheel feed system controlled by a sensor to indicate location of formed product.

Trimmed part ejection is accomplished using an electric servo motor coupled to a bell crank. Counted stacks of parts are discharged from the trim press via a conveyor lift assembly which removes product from the die area and transfers it out of the press for packaging.

The trim press is controlled through a flat panel touch screen PC with the latest motion control and form function software. The independent PC on the press allows it to be used as a stand alone trim press for use with older thermoformers interfaced with the thermoformer PC.

The T-345-V utilizes guarding with windows for ease of viewing operations and for European CE marking compliance. Brown Machine LLC leads the industry in the production of high performance rotary, single station and continuous thermoforming equipment and associated control systems.
