The Branson SW100 is a cost-effective inertial spin welding system capable of welding circular parts from 1" to 4" (25 to 101 mm) in diameter. A front panel operator interface allows for adjustment of precise fly-wheel speed and hold time. Tachometer monitoring and sub-speed abort features facilitate easy setup and produce consistent welds.
The SW-100 is easy to set up and operate, and is designed for use in manual, semi-automated, or fully-automated environments.
