This 30 cu. ft. standard batch paddle mixer with sanitary finish stainless steel was designed to blend plastic pellets and pigment @ 40 ppcf. Paddle style agitators are ideal for blending dissimilar sized ingredients like pellets with mold release powders. Batch mixers up to 600 cu. ft. in capacity are ideal for collection and standardization of extruded plastic pellets for blow molders. Each agitator is hand built to conform to the shape of the trough, giving our equipment superior clean-out performance between batches.
