Engineered Storage Products SealWeld™ silo combines the wider size selection and site erection advantages of a bolted silo with the smooth interior benefits of a welded aluminum silo. The SealWeld silo is a dry storage tank assembled from panels using structural fasteners and sealed by welding the internal seams. SealWeld silos may be used to store polymers such as fluff, flakes or pellets, as well as a variety of other dry bulk products.

SealWeld tanks are manufactured for rapid precision assembly. The flanges are clamped in a fixture and attached with automated welding. The process increases the weld strength and yields the proper 90 degree angle essential for precise fitting in the field. The modular format allows easy shipping anywhere in the world. Location costs can be reduced, and the welding can be accomplished under controlled conditions. The smooth, all-welded interior eliminates projecting edges and gaskets in the product zone. The finished silo provides the strength of both bolting and welding, with high-quality welds governed by strict welding procedures.
