The Robocut is a CNC Programmable Degater System that is floor mounted for gate cutting. This new degater receives the molded part in its own fixture from the manipulator on the robot and the Robocut automatically moves the sprue with parts to pre-programmed multiple gate locations for degating. Using its Endless Rotary Air Check, Robocut uniquely provides rotation beyond 360 degrees without problems associated with twisting hoses. For easy programming, Robocut comes with a special Teaching Console. Other significant features:

- Dual Position of Chuck Head - The chuck head is easily positioned to the right, or left of the vertical traverse column, allowing optimum space between the injection molding machine and the gate cutting robot.
- Teaching Console - Twenty (20) programs for different modes of operation (with multiple cavity parts) can be held in memory, with ten (10) programmable operating speeds. Monitor status displayed with a L.C.D. screen.
- Air Nippers (optional) - We provide a variety of nippers (and blades) to meet your application requirements.
- Rotary Cavity Separator (optional) - This may be set to separate up to eight (8) cavities to inspect and confirm the appropriate gate cutting actions.
