Quicktron 05 RH Metal Detector

High frequency Metal Separator for the examination of free flowing bulk materials in free fall. Fully automatic detection and rejection of metallic contaminants from the product stream without process interruption.

The Quicktron 05 RH Touch is designed to handle bulk materials in free fall. Features include:

• Open framework with round reject mechanism without critical edges avoids dust and dirt settlement
• Product contacting parts are made from food grade materials such as Stainless Steel, PP, Silicone, and Teflon.
• Suitable for all applications and throughputs. Round apertures are available from 50 to 300mm diameter (2 to 12 inches). Standard round, optionally other diameters are available as required.
• High sensitivity, even with conductive products due to a powerful electronic evaluation system with automatic product compensation.
• Electronic evaluation system backlit LCD graphics display, touchscreen operating surface and a clearly arranged menu surface.
• Reliable detection of all metals such as ferrous, bronze alloys, stainless steel, etc.
• Detection of free as well as encapsulated metallic contaminants in free flowing bulk materials.
• Compact dimensions and low headroom allow for easy integration into production facilities.
• Minimal loss of good material due to a fast reacting, powerful pneumatic drive for the reject gate.
