PolyOne Distribution Named Key North American Distributor For DuPont Engineering Polymers

Cleveland, OH /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL), a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions, today announced that PolyOne Distribution has been named the primary distributor of thermoplastic products for DuPont Engineering Polymers in North America. Ashland Distribution will no longer supply DuPont Engineering Polymers thermoplastic products in North America following a 90-day transition period.

DuPont Engineering Polymers' products to be distributed through PolyOne include: Crastin((R)) PBT polyester resin, Delrin((R)) acetal resin, Thermx((R)) PCT high performance polyester, Zenite((R)) liquid crystal polymer, Hytrel((R)) TPC-ET thermoplastic polyester elastomer, Zytel((R)) HTN high performance polyamide, Minlon((R)) mineral reinforced nylon resin, Zytel((R)) nylon resin and Rynite((R)) PET polyester resin. DuPont will maintain additional regional distribution in Canada and Mexico.
