NUNC PETG Roller Bottles Coated with Poly-D-Lysine (PDL) For Difficult-To-Grow Cell Lines
Rochester, NY - Thermo Fisher Scientific, one of the leading manufacturer of cell culture products, introduces NUNC InVitro PDL Coated PETG Roller Bottles. Ready-to-use InVitro PDL Coated Roller Bottles save researchers valuable time and labor. The Roller Bottles are pre-coated with Poly-D-Lysine (PDL) utilizing a proprietary process. PDL is a synthetic mimic of the extracellular matrix that has been shown to enhance cell attachment, growth and differentiation in serum-free and serum-containing media of select cell lines such as HEK-293 cells.
Available with a surface area of 1050 cm2, InVitro PDL Coated Roller Bottles are constructed of shatter-resistant, optically clear polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG). Each lot is tested to assure consistent quality and lot numbers are provided on each bottle for full product traceability. InVitro PDL Coated Roller Bottles have a shelf life of two years at temperatures from 4°C to 25°C. PDL Coated Roller Bottles may be ordered from stock eliminating the lead-times commonly associated with ordering coated cell culture products.
