NALGENE® Travel Kits Compatible With New Security Guidelines

Bottles

Rochester, NY - Now that airline passengers are being permitted once again to include small amounts of liquids and gels in their carry-on luggage, travelers are turning to travel kits from NALGENE® Consumer Products. Each of the items in this full assortment of leakproof, durable containers offers the compact size and low-volume capacity now required by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

The new TSA security measures that went into effect on September 26, 2006 state that airline passengers are allowed to have in their carry-on bags travel-size toiletries in containers holding three ounces or less, and that all of the items carried must fit into a single quart-size clear plastic bag.

With its complete product line of travel kits, NALGENE® can meet any traveler's need for carrying on liquids, gels and other regulated toiletry items. The assortment includes a variety of miniature bottles and jars to hold shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, creams, lotions, astringents and other types of liquid toiletries. The containers are also suitable for such dry goods as powders, cotton balls, pills and jewelry.

NALGENE® travel containers come in sizes ranging from half-ounce to four-ounce capacity. According to company sources, some of the items are constructed from shatterproof, stainproof, odorproof polycarbonate and others are constructed of HDPE plastic. All are top-rack dishwasher safe. Replacement screw-on caps and dispenser tops are also available and are sold separately.
