Designed to include many innovative control functions and features as standard, the Modline 3® non-contact infrared temperature measurement system is the latest product from IRCON. With advanced microcomputer technology to make programming selections and signal conditioning fast and easy, the new Modline 3 is highly accurate, versatile, and very rugged. The new, microcomputer-based system is ideal for a broad range of processing applications in the plastics industry. System accuracy is exceptionally high -- within ±0.6% of reading with ±0.1% repeatability and fast 0.01 second response time.

The Modline 3 System offers selectable analog current output -- 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, and 5 mA per degree F or C. Sensor and Indicator/Processor are housed in rugged enclosures that meet current CE directives and are rated NEMA 4 (IP 66). A large LED temperature display provides for high readability even in bright ambient light.
