Description

For reclaiming injection molded, blow molded or extruded scrap.

Application

Blow moldings, automotive moldings, ducts, furniture and appliance parts, sprues, runners, bottles, profiles, pipe, light purgings, X-ray film, film and sheet (to 3/16" thick), cosmetic and pharmaceutical destruction.

Features & Benefits

  • Heavy-duty construction allows intermediate size granulator to handle heavier loads.
  • Dual flywheels add inertia and deliver the equivalent of additional horsepower.
  • Heavy-duty carriers support entire knife cutting edges to withstand high-impact stress.
  • The rotor knives are bolted to the rotor with high strength alloy steel bolts.
  • Outboard mounted, heavy-duty roller bearings prevent bearing contamination.
  • Open-wing rotor produces high quality granulates.
  • 3 Chevron-positioned rotor knives scissor cut against the bed knives to provide optimum cutting efficiency, with low power consumption.
  • The upright, pivoted, tray feed hopper has a removable infeed muffler and sound-absorbent materials to minimize airborne and structural noise.
  • The heavy-duty construction allows this granulator to attain noise reduction of 85 dbA or less for most all applications with no additional enclosures.
