Micdos Minor Ingredient System

Complete system for the storage, metering and weighing of minor and micro ingredients. consists of storage bins, 2" diameter metering screws, vibratory discharge aid, mobile platform scale, supports and control system number of bins can range from 3 to 10 in a single row, or 6 to 40 in 2 rows side by side, feeding toward the center. standard bin sizes are 8 and 15 cubic feet, and weigh range is approximately 4 ounces to 55 pounds. Typical accuracy is +/- 5 to 10 grams. Control system has ability to store up to 99 formulas as a standard, and displays both the requested and actual amounts. control system can be stand alone or integrated into larger system. Options include different bin volumes, increased weigh range, 3" diameter auger, alternate materials of construction, vacuum filling and central filter station, scale hopper in lieu of platform scale, access platforms with pallet storage, communication with host computer and other plc's, etc.
