Maverick^TM granulators feature a modular hopper design with a side access door for unmatched cleanout capability.

Maverick^TM granulators are available with cutting chamber sizes measuring 8 in.x10 in., 8 in.x14 in., 8 in.x18 in. 10 in.x12 in., and 10 in.x16 in.

Available horsepowers range from 5HP to 15HP.

Its innovative design reduces both cleanout time and knife adjusting time. The revolutionary new Maverick^TM granulator is designed with easy access to all major components. With its wide open cutting chamber, side hopper access door, easy adjustment of bed knives and easy access electrics, this new granulator is simply the easiest to maintain and service!

The choice of reduced rotor speeds provides uniform, quality regrind to insure productivity.

Maverick^TM is the ultimate in flexibility. Its modular hopper design allows choice of manual feed, robot/conveyor feed or long part chute feed. And if your process changes, the hopper's flexible design allows you to add chutes as you choose. Our side hopper access door provides unmatched cleanout capability. Easy access electrics installed in a panel on the front of the hopper with dual start/stop buttons on either side of the hopper.

Maverick^TM is designed to last, with features like an innovative O/S (open/solid) rotor which delivers greater inertia while maintaining airflow. The thicker cutting chamber walls improves durability and reliability.

Available options include alternate feed chutes, 360° vacuum take-off spout, wear abrasion package, and pneumatic unloading systems.
