Nelmor's LT Series is the ideal solution for reducing wide materials such as sheets, scrap, film and thermoformed trim. Powered by dual drive motors with up to 40 hp (2x20hp), the LT Series includes efficient work flow capability via direct in-line placement with a thermoforming press.
The LT Series assures efficient operation via a feed roll assembly that continuously feeds sheet material into the cutting chamber. A variable DC drive controls the infeed rate from 30 - 140 fpm. Speeds exceeding 140 fpm are available. The result is highly efficient delivery of materials to the cutting chamber with a minimum of jams, back-ups and other problems that can reduce throughput.
- Specially designed feed hoppers to accommodate virtually any size material or application are available.
- Wide cutting chamber and long feed opening handle 36 in. to 56 in. wide sheet.
- Variable DC drive controls infeed rate from 30 - 140 fpm.
