Filter used to vent conveying air from silos and bins, and displaced air
from bins that are mechanically filled. Circular design, constructed of
aluminum or stainless steel housing with polyester felt filter bag material.
Bags are cleaned by a reverse jet of compressed air through the interior of
the bag. Complete with solenoid valves, compressed air chamber and timer
control box. Innovative venturi and cage design allow for complete bag
replacement without the need for tools. A complete set of bags and cages can
be replaced in 5 to 10 minutes. No more dropping a screwdriver or flashlight
into the bin! Special venturi design allows the use of a smaller filter or
one with shorter bags. Available in diameters from 404mm to 1595mm, and
filtering areas from 11 square feet to 499 square feet. Available options
include weather hood, 24VDC instruments, suction fan, rupture disk,
alternate filter media such as PTFE, special materials of construction.
