High-Performance TFH-HP Series Fluff Feed Hoppers

The TFH-HP hopper pedestal assembly maintains separation of fluff and pellets until mixed in the patented "Verti-Blend" mixer directly above the extruder screw. High performance TFH models are available to handle and control the toughest film scrap conditions. Flux vector (closed-loop vector) variable frequency drive technology and a newly designed re-feed pedestal combine to offer the very best fluff feeding performance available to the processor today. Current maximum TFH-HP fluff re-feed rates are unknown, based upon the ability of the screw design to accept the additional fluff, but typically exceed (or double) standard TFH fluff re-feed rates.
