• A leading producer of specialty chemicals, colorants and additives. Harwick Chemical Manufacturing has served polymer-related industries for more than 60 years and was acquired by M.A. Hanna Chemical Company in August 1997.
  
• Harwick manufactures prepared rubber chemicals, vulcanized oil, supported silanes and masterbatch colorants for the rubber industry, water-based dispersions for latex applications, and specialty colorants for vinyl, silicone, urethane and other thermoset and thermoplastic applications.
  
• Business unit offices are in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Manufacturing facilities and laboratories are in Akron, Ohio, and Wynne, Ark.
  

Products for rubber include:

• Advance - polymeric predispersions for rubber additives in EPDM/EVA binder.
• Accu-Way - pre-weighed cure packages and additives in batch inclusion bags.
• Mastermix-polymeric/paste predispersions of rubber additives in custom binders.
• PolyBound-encapsulated polymer bound powders of rubber additives.
• Redimix-blends of rubber additives.
• DSC - supported silane concentrates.
• VVO - vulcanized oils including Factice, Amberex, Adaphax and Neophax.
• Stan-Tone MB - single and multi-pigment color dispersions in various binders.

Specialty color products include:

• Vinyl concentrates - single and multi-pigment systems, effects pigments, highly designed color systems.
• Silicone colorants - pigment dispersions for LIM, RTV and gum applications.
• Paste colors - pigment dispersions in oils/plasticizers for urethane, plastisol, epoxy and other systems.
