Graviblend S modular design allows for flexibility to meet changes in process requirements. All parts coming in contact with material, including the high-precision weighing module, are made of corrosion resistent stainless steel. Material changes are made quickly and easily by changing the complete hopper module (hopper and feed screw).
The Graviblend S damping system eliminates disturbances such as vibrations of the building or the installation. The compact design allows for using up to 8 dosing stations assembled by a radius of only 0.5 meters.
Applications:
Gravimetric dosing of easy free-flowing ingredients at very low rates includes powders and pellets. Special design for quick material changes without downtime for cleaning. The dosing station can be used as single station or as part of a dosing line.
