GR1 Series Single Chamber Film Grinders

AEC/HydReclaim GR1 Series heavy-duty single chamber, slant angle, scissors-cut high shear grinders provide the blown film extruder with dependable and trouble-free operation. Heavy-machined plate cutting chambers incorporate heavy-duty outboard mounted bearings, with shaft scraper blades to help eliminate failures due to material contamination. AEC/HydReclaim GR1 Series single-chamber film grinder is typically equipped to receive edge trim, from an optional trim pickup system, and provide ground fluff to a method of recycling or for simple size reduction.

• Four (4) -blade adjustable slant knife rotor, one (1) bed knife; D2 steel
• Integral frame-mounted fluff blower
• Scissors cut, high shear cutting chamber design
• Outboard-mounted bearings with scraper blades
• Grinder frame-mount control panel complete with all starters, relays, switches, etc. for proper operation - NEMA 12

GR1 Series grinders can be equipped with optional feed roll assemblies, hand-feeding chutes, or a host of other specially designed feed ports to fit a customers requirements.
