One of our standard Flexible Systems is the Forte Flexible Feeding System.

Versatile
Parts Handling applications can now incorporate the technologies of machine vision, robotics, and flexible part feeders. This eliminates the need to change hardware every time a part undergoes a design change or becomes obsolete. It also allows for easy production of part families.

Proven Design
Forte has developed the first true Flexible Feeding System which is able to accommodate several different parts or part families in one system. Our unique design incorporates up to four recirculating conveyors within the reach of a single robot. In addition, the conveyor design provides our customers with the ultimate in flexibility.

We can incorporate our unique feeder design to adapt to a variety of brands of both robots and vision systems. Conveyors are available in widths from 4" to 20" and lengths up to 120".
