DVW Dual Vibration Welder

Branson DVW Dual Vibration Welder is a complete plastics assembly system designed to weld large or irregularly-shaped thermoplastic parts. Two models are available: orbital Model DVW2-O, for parts up to 12 by 12 inches, and linear Model DVW2-L, for parts up to 20 by 15 inches. The DVW2-O has an 11 kW digital power supply with adjustable vibrating frequency of from 180 to 240 Hz. Both models utilize the same mechanical frame and sound enclosure construction with either an orbital or linear weld head. Modular construction also allows the individual components (vibrator assembly and power supply/control panel) to be adapted to automated or custom systems.
