Novatec offers a full line of Drying Hoppers with capacities to 28,000 lbs. Stainless steel modular construction is standard to 150 lb capacities, and is available as an option on all hoppers. A piano hinged (cast aluminum on some models) door with easy opening heavy duty latches and strikes is standard. Adjustable quick release stainless steel band clamps with safety latch are utilized on our modular design hoppers, which allows for 360 degree orientation of LH/RH opening door. Borosilicate sight glass with silicone grommet that can withstand 510 degrees Celsius is standard. All Novatec hoppers include a hopper discharge slide gate, a dry air inlet thermometer, and either our patented Tubular Air Diffuser, or an "Even-Flow" air diffuser cone, with a cast aluminum discharge adapter and a material drain out with stainless steel slide gate. Novatec offers a full line of options, and we can custom configure our hopper designs to meet with your requirements
