Degater Stations

This Robotic Degater Station interfaces with the robot and mounts directly to the robot beam.

Significant features:

• Includes a Quick Change Chuck System for fast changeovers during mold changes.
• Saves valuable floor space and places it safely out of the way of operators.
• Utilizes >SAS<'s modular EOAT components for maximum flexibility with a custom part nest for the robot to place the parts from a multi-cavity mold.
• Cuts the sprues with nippers while the Robotic EOAT keeps the parts and runner secure with vacuum cups and pliers.

Upon completion, the robot moves above a grinder, drops the runner and finally places the parts on a conveyor for packaging. All items:
