Constar Grants Oxbar® License To Hyosung

Philadelphia, PA - Constar International Inc. recently announced that it has entered into an Oxbar® patent license agreement with Hyosung, Korea, under which Hyosung will be able to supply its brewery customers with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) beer bottles having enhanced oxygen-scavenger protection for excellent retention of product quality.

Constar sources added that the Oxbar® patents are licensed to leading converters and brandowners worldwide. Bottles made under licenses to the Oxbar® patents protect oxygen-sensitive products including wine, beer, fruit-based beverages and foods in PET containers. Flavor, color, and vitamin retention are among the benefits.
