For typical color and highly filled applications, a single screw extruder means much lower equipment and operating costs per pound produced รน a tremendous advantage in today's competitive market. By using smaller extruders and running our proprietary screws at high rpms, HPM customers find that they can achieve output rates once thought unattainable.

With HPM single screw extruders, you have the capabilities you need to:

  • Process color concentrates for a fine, consistent mix
  • Convert powder materials to pellets
  • Compound talc-, glass- and mica-filled resins
  • Reclaim scrap materials
Even filler loadings in excess of 50% calcium carbonate can easily be accommodated with HPM single screw compounding systems.
