Incoe's Clear Flo™ valve gate system is designed to separate pin from the melt channel during operation, which reduces material stress & shear. The pin is only in contact with the melt just prior to close, which can eliminate flow lines. The system also features Incoe's new multi-media actuator which operates with either hydraulic or pneumatic pressure and reduces the number of wear parts in the actuator. Combined with the latest XRC III Cast Heater with an advanced heat profile, the system incorporates many Incoe standards including adjustable pin, removable XRC cast heater, Separate Straight-Flo™ shank and thermocouple. This new concept in valve gates provides the processor with the latest technology to meet the demands of the market on quality as well as cost. This system, combined with Incoe's Gate Sequence Control, provides the ultimate in hot runner valve gate systems.
