Developed in response to the growing demand for continuous production, Berstorff's AUMA Rotary Press is well established in the rubber, plastics and wood industries. Used downstream from an extruder, the AUMA rotary press ensures that uniform pressure is exerted on the entire heating area allowing the material to be vulcanized (rubber sheets and roofing membranes), welded (plastics films) and or pressed (composite materials and laminated boards). Consisting of a heating drum, reversing rolls and pressure belts, the AUMA offers constant production parameters (uniform temperature, pressure and residence time) that provide the utmost in product quality over its entire length.
