You may call and receive emergency telephone service and support assistance Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Central Standard time, and on weekends and during holidays.

Please note that after-hours telephone support is for service-related inquiries only. We are not able to ship parts or service loaner equipment until the next business day.

After Hours Emergency Telephone Support Procedure

1. Dial 1-800-SKY-PAGE (1-800-759-7243)

2. Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN #) when prompted.
The PIN # is 1268331

3. Press the pound (#) key.

4. When prompted, enter the telephone number where the service technician can reach you.

5. Press the pound (#) key to end your entry.

6. The telephone number will be repeated to you.

  • Press the star (*) key to change the entry.
  • Press the pound (#) key to confirm any changes or end your entry.
  • The voice will say "message sent" and you may hang up.
7. A service technician should call you within the hour. If you don't receive a call within the hour, please perform the paging procedure again.
