Husky's new 500 Series is targeted for applications requiring excellent gate quality and rapid color change with throughputs up to 30g/sec. The small nozzle diameter enables nozzle spacing as close as 25.4mm (1.0"). It is ideal for direct-gating of small parts with close cavity spacing as well as difficult-to-access parts including: closures, personal care products, medical components, and other technical parts.

Design Features

  • Valve gates and hot tips with nozzle spacing as small as 25.4mm (1.0")
  • Steel tip retainer for reliable seal between nozzle and gate insert
