The 1250 Series nozzle is designed for large part molding. This nozzle is ideal for applications requiring throughputs up to 1000g/sec. A comprehensive line of gating options are offered to process engineering and abrasive resins.
The nozzles and manifold can be pre-assembled for direct installation into the cavity plate. Valve stems and air lines are accessible from the back of the mold for ease-of-maintenance.
Design Features
- Minimum nozzle spacing of 100.0mm for thermal and 125.0mm for valve gates
- Cap design for simple gate detail machining
- Standard heaters and nozzle components
- 8 gating options suit a variety of engineering and commodity resins
