The Vortex "Keeper" Maintenance Gate valve provides a positive material and air seal to atmosphere when installed in a closed system. This makes it an excellent choice for handling products such as fine powders in dilute phase (up to 15 psig) pneumatic conveying systems. The narrow profile makes it easily adaptable to existing installations. Overall, it is an economical and reliable means to shut off material flow for system maintenance. The Vortex Maintenance Gate is designed for low cycle applications.
