The Zapper PW10 is a 1000 watt ultrasonic welder
The Zapper PW-10, is a 20KHz, 1000 Watts welder that is ideal for welding smaller parts, inserting studs and for staking applications. The weld process is controlled by time and pressure adjustments. Built in constant amplitude circuitry ensures accurate and consistent weld results. The mechanical stop allows users to stop downward traverse of the carriage to control and achieve desired weld depths. A full set of boosters helps to select amplitude for a particular application.
