FR Cutting/Milling System

The automatic machines type "FR" have been carried out in order to mill plastic mono or multistratified containers on a blow line and in order to meet always greater production requirements with steady quality characteristics. This series has been produced thanks to our more than twenty-year experience. The technical devices we have adopted take into great account reliability, operative acccuracy, use and maintenace ease and energy consumption.

CUTTING/MILLING SYSTEM
The milling system consists of putting the container under the milling head, then the pneumatic head comes down and it performs the specific operation by its tool. At the same time the exhauster sucks in the possible shavings.

These machines can be easily included in already existing production lines.
