Our full time staff of Service Technicians travel around the USA and throughout the world. They are available to take care of any service problems that can't be handled by customer personnel. Brown service people travel anywhere in the world on a per diem rate, plus associated expenses. The services of the Field Technicians are usually required for installation, start up, and new machines, when equipment has been damaged, when it is to be moved to another location or when retrofit kits or other modifications are to be installed. Phone consultation with Brown service people is always available as needed.

Brown carries over $2M in spare parts inventory. We can support your thermoformer and keep it running for many years. We currently support many machines 25 plus years old, and STILL in full production.
