Matrix Tooling, Inc. has a 23 year tradition of excellence in plastic injection moldmaking - successfully blending old world craftsmanship with the industry's leading edge technology. We specialize in building difficult-to-produce precision molds for the most demanding plastics applications:
  • three-dimensional surfaces and free form shapes requiring CAD/CAM engineering
  • complicated details requiring multiple, complex mold mechanisms
  • minute details requiring machining to be done under microscopes
  • multi-shot tools for two, three or more resins
We build our molds to meet the highest customer standards for quality and reliability, designed to withstand high volume production with minimal maintenance.

Our integrated CAD/CAM network helps us to meet our customers' shortened lead times by giving our moldmakers a greater degree of control: they can access a solid model, interrogate it for dimensions, and begin machining electrodes and roughing out steel almost immediately without the need for blueprints. State-of-the-art CNC machines operate around the clock for superior efficiency and cost control.
