The Pro-SetTM 700 Injection Molding Control System lets OEMs, rebuilders, retrofitters, and end users configure control systems for many types of injection molding machines.

The Pro-Set control system includes a library of screens and ladder logic that you can use to customize the control system interface for your machine. You can design your own screens, or modify the text on preconfigured screens to fit your specific applications.

The Pro-Set control system is designed to run on the Pro-Set 700 Operator Interface, a lightweight, ergonomic, environmentally-sealed interactive computer built for continuous use in harsh industrial environments. It's based on the Pentium processor and incorporates innovative flat-panel display technology.

The Pro-Set 700 Operator Interface comes assembled, includes pre-configured system software, and is designed for easy installation in a variety of situations.

Since the most commonly used screens already exist, Pro-Set 700 software lets you retrofit a molding machine in less time. When you need additional screens, you can add and modify them using Pro-Set 700 Software.

Pro-Set 700 also provides an add-on Co-injection Software package (cat. no. 6500-PS7COINJ) that lets you control two co-injection molding modules (cat. no. 1771-QI). You can use these 1771-QI modules in molding machines that have two injection heads.
